RA Dr. iur. Lennart Witt, LL.M.

Lennart Witt works as a litigation attorney. He advises and represents Swiss and foreign individuals and companies in all phases of dispute resolution before authorities and courts. In addition, he assists individuals in estate and succession planning (wills, marriage, and inheritance contracts) in national and international matters.

Lennart Witt joined Good Rechtsanwälte in mid-2022. Previously, he worked for two internationally active commercial law firms in Zurich. After obtaining a doctorate in inheritance law and an LL.M. (Maastricht), he worked as a post-doctoral researcher and research coordinator at the University of Zurich. In addition to his work as an attorney, he publishes and lectures on private and business law topics.
