LAWYER M.A. in Law HSG Michael Vierbauch

Michael Vierbauch is a solicitor and notary public at Good Rechtsanwälte. He provides both advisory and litigation services to private individuals and businesses. His main areas of expertise are criminal law, general contract law and estate planning. He also advises on the formation of new companies and matters relating to company law.

Michael Vierbauch studied law at the University of St. Gallen and gained experience at the Public Prosecutor’s Office and in the legal department of the St. Gallen Department of Security and Justice.

In addition to his work at Good Rechtsanwälte, Michael Vierbauch is a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and the St. Gallen Academy.
