RA lic. iur. Alain Lässer, MAS ECI in cooperation with BLM Rechtsanwälte

Alain Lässer is our external criminal law specialist with his own law firm in Dietikon ZH. He has proven experience and deep knowledge in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure. Alain combines expert knowledge and tactical calculation.

Before starting his own practice as an attorney in a law firm specializing in criminal law, Alain worked for 12 years as a prosecutor, including more than five years in the economic crimes department. Prior to that, he worked for several years as a court clerk and investigating judge. Part-time, he served as a judge at the military court and completed an additional master’s degree in economic criminal law (MAS ECI). Alain is, among other things, a member of various bar associations, of the Criminal Law and Criminal Defense Special Interest Groups, as well as of the Swiss Criminal Law Society and the Swiss Association of Experts on Combating White-Collar Crime. He is also a lecturer and speaker on criminal law topics.
